As an analytics leader in the Financial Crime team, you will shape the future of risk management by developing data and analytics capabilities. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to transform complex data into actionable insights.

You'll be responsible for

Leading analytics development

Leading the design and delivery of financial crime and fraud analytics, providing trend analysis, behavioural insights and risk intelligence to support enterprise risk assessments and decision-making.

Championing data quality

Championing data quality and governance by overseeing data integrity, lineage and controls, partnering with enterprise data teams to improve data quality and address gaps.

Building relationships

Building strong relationships across Risk, Technology, Data, Compliance and business teams to embed a data-driven approach to financial crime risk management.

8+ years in data analytics, ideally in financial services.
