About the job

As a Senior Manager Governance & Reporting, you will play a crucial role in leading Technology & Operations Risk reporting and governance. Your work will ensure a safe and outcome-oriented environment while bridging communication between various leadership teams. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with senior stakeholders to uplift culture and enhance organisational capability.

You'll be responsible for

Coordinating management and board reporting

Own preparation, quality assurance and timely delivery of Tech & Ops Risk inputs so management and board materials are clear and transparent.

Consolidating data for clarity

Synthesize inputs from Tech & Ops Risk leaders to produce a single, coherent view for management and Board.
⚙️

Driving process improvement

Identify and implement efficiency opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate solutions that increase quality and reduce effort.
