Own and govern our outsourced service provider, including service performance, SLAs, commercial management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Driving operational excellence

Drive operational excellence across service desk, desktop, and infrastructure support services delivered through a hybrid (internal + outsourced) model.

10+ years in IT infrastructure management, ensuring operational excellence.
