You'll be responsible for

Acting as senior property legal advisor

Providing strategic legal advice to the National Development Group across all states and territories

Providing end-to-end legal support

Supporting development, planning, construction, design, portfolio and asset management

Leading on acquisitions and agreements

Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions, agreements for lease, and complex leasing arrangements

Property law expertise

10+ years of post-qualification experience in property law.
