Develop, review and optimise mortgage credit policy, ensuring alignment with ING’s credit strategy, risk appetite and regulatory requirements.✅
Leading policy approvals
Lead policy approvals through governance forums and oversee accurate and timely implementation into frontline and operational processes.📈
Monitoring credit quality outcomes
Own Line 1 mortgage credit quality outcomes, monitoring performance against the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS).Key criteria
