Leading PLM Strategy & Leadership

Owning and defining the long-term PLM strategy for the Masks business, ensuring alignment with global programs.

Driving Business Process Transformation

Leading end-to-end transformation initiatives across the product lifecycle, from concept to sustaining.

Championing Stakeholder & Change Leadership

Working closely with senior leaders to co-create transformation priorities and ensure alignment.

Key criteria

10+ years in product development or PLM

Extensive experience in product development, systems engineering, or digital transformation.
