This job is about being a Senior Manager Risk and Control Line 1 within the eCommerce Crew, where you will support the integration of IPSI and establish a new end-to-end merchant and eCommerce capability. Your work will be crucial in identifying and managing risks to ensure the business operates within its risk appetite. You'll be responsible for

Leading change and delivery risk
Leading Line 1 risk support for the integration of IPSI into CBA, focusing on delivery, transition, and implementation risk.🛠️
Designing controls for change
Supporting the design and uplift of controls aligned to a changing risk profile, including controls for new systems and processes.🌟
Enabling risk culture and decision making
Embedding a strong risk culture within delivery squads, positioning risk as a delivery enabler rather than a gate.Key criteria
