You'll be responsible for

Partnering with Line 1 teams

Partner with Line 1 teams to embed Group and Trustee Risk and Compliance Frameworks across the Master Trust business.
🔍

Providing independent oversight

Provide independent Line 2 risk oversight and constructive challenge across the end-to-end superannuation value chain, ensuring risks are effectively identified, assessed and managed.
🌱

Fostering a positive risk culture

Foster a positive risk culture by encouraging curiosity, constructive challenge and continuous improvement across the business.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualification

Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or related field.

Superannuation industry experience

5+ years in Australian superannuation with trustee obligations knowledge.

Operational risk expertise

Extensive experience in Operational Risk, Compliance, or Enterprise Risk.
