You'll be responsible for

Coordinating tenancy fit-out projects

Leading the coordination of complex tenancy fit-out projects across some of Sydney’s most iconic public precincts, ensuring tenants can move into safe, compliant and operationally ready spaces.

Overseeing tenancy delivery process

Overseeing the entire tenancy delivery process, bringing together commercial, design, operational, heritage and regulatory requirements while managing risks, approvals and stakeholder expectations to achieve successful outcomes.

Providing expert advice

Providing expert advice, negotiating outcomes, and building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.

Proven experience leading complex tenancy and fit-out projects.
