This job is about leading the development and scaling of workforce planning capability within the Business, Institutional & Markets Operations team. By combining people analytics, capacity planning, and scenario modelling, you will enable proactive management of workforce supply and demand, ensuring the organization is equipped for future challenges. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, working together to drive operational performance and resilience.

You'll be responsible for

Building and leading the workforce planning function

Build and lead the workforce planning function, including establishing frameworks, tools and governance and leading a team of 3
🤝

Partnering with operational leaders

Partner with operational leaders to support capacity and resource planning across short, medium and long-term horizons, including management of leave, demand variability, optimisation initiatives and workforce resilience
📈

Delivering people analytics and insights

Deliver people analytics and insights to inform strategic and operational decision making, translating data into clear, actionable outcomes
