Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Collaborate closely with cross-functional peers (systems, electronics, software, quality, manufacturing, suppliers) to define, develop, and deliver mechanical solutions that maximise value for ResMed and meet user and patient needs.āļø
Owning mechanical component development
Own the development of complex mechanical components and sub-systems from concept through to production, including design definition, verification, and transfer to manufacturing.š
Communicating progress and risks
