Collaborating with the Head of Planning and Buying teams to set budgets for sales, markdowns, and stock levels.📈
Updating Merchandise Plans
Ensuring Merchandise Plans are updated weekly with accurate visibility of future sales and stock projections.👥
Leading the Planning team
Providing guidance and training to Planners and Junior Planners to ensure consistency in processes across departments.
