Lead and mentor a team of Drill and Blast, Mine Planning, Ventilation & Infrastructure Engineers to ensure effective collaboration and performance.🗂️
Developing functional work plans
Responsibility for the development of functional work plans for the Mining Department, ensuring production and strategic requirements are met.📊
Coordinating stope reconciliation
Coordinate and manage the stope reconciliation process, generating and maintaining required internal reporting records.Key criteria

First Class Mine Manager's Certificate
