Delivering accurate and efficient provisioning of IP/MPLS circuits and services across multi-vendor platforms in line with design and planning requirements.🖥️
Developing automation scripts
Creating and maintaining configuration templates, automation scripts, and workflows to streamline provisioning tasks.🛠️
Diagnosing provisioning issues
Diagnosing and resolving provisioning issues, assisting with root cause analysis, and supporting escalations from NOC and operations teams.Key criteria
