Documenting time and technical information into ticketing systems and client information tools.

Skills you'll need

Network troubleshooting

Level 4 experience in network troubleshooting with key vendors such as Aruba, CISCO, Fortinet, and Palo Alto.

Communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders in both technical and non-technical capacities.
