The Senior Network & Security Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the secure and reliable operation of HCF’s enterprise network and security platforms. This hands-on job not only involves acting as a Tier 3 escalation point but also leading complex incident responses and driving improvements aligned with HCF's cyber security standards. You'll be responsible for

Owning and operating network platforms
Own and operate HCF's enterprise network and security platforms across on-prem, data centre, cloud, and branch environments.🛠️
Providing Tier 3 support
Provide Tier 3 support for complex incidents, including incident leadership, root cause analysis, and remediation.🔧
Maintaining network systems
Maintain and update HCF's network systems, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and vulnerability mitigation of enterprise networks.Key criteria
🔒
8+ years in network and security engineering
Proven experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.View

Hands-on experience with Cisco and Palo Alto
Strong skills in routing, switching, and security technologies.View

AWS networking expertise
Experience designing and operating VPCs and security controls.View
