Overseeing the operation, maintenance, data security and enhancement of the organisation’s HR business systems.

Driving continuous improvement

Driving the continuous improvement of human resource systems and processes by leading key initiatives and engaging with stakeholders.

Managing application issues

Liaising with Council’s IT team and software vendors to manage application issues, software fixes, updates or newer versions.

Key criteria

Five+ years in HR systems

Experience in HR systems or generalist roles focusing on systems and reporting.
