You'll be responsible for

Operationalising the risk management framework
Implementing the MMC Pacific Risk Management Framework, including risk profiling and reporting for Executive and relevant Boards and Committees.🔍
Identifying operational risks
Proactively identifying operational risks within HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.💡
Providing risk and control advice
Offering proactive, reliable, and relevant risk and control advice to address business needs and promote strategic objectives.Key criteria

Enterprise risk and compliance management experience (7+ years)
Strong understanding of frameworks from Risk, Legal, or Compliance backgrounds.View
