Creating seamless patient journeys

Use patient insight and data to understand what drives trust, confidence, and action. Redesign journeys, consult flows, segmentation, and support models to remove friction, strengthen engagement, and maximise lifetime value.

Leading cross-functional delivery

Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives by collaborating closely with growth, engineering, and content teams, ensuring that changes are implemented to a high standard and align with business, clinical, and brand requirements.
