As a Senior Paraplanner, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, compliant, and timely paraplanning services and strategic advice support to advisers, partners, and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced team in a hybrid office/work-from-home environment, fostering collaboration and growth. You'll be responsible for

Collaborating with advisers

Working alongside advisers, partners, and in-house specialists to formulate advice strategies that provide optimal client outcomes.

Generating tailored advice documents

Creating tailored advice and fiduciary documents (SOAs and ROAs) within agreed time frames and service standards.

Providing leadership and coaching

Offering leadership, coaching, and onboarding support for less experienced team members to enhance team performance.

5+ years paraplanning experience

Demonstrated experience providing quality paraplanning services.
