Leading and supporting pharmacists through supervision, coaching, and performance development, ensuring high standards of practice and professional growth.

Developing policies and guidelines

Developing and reviewing policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, and medication protocols supporting Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Centres.

5+ years of hospital clinical pharmacy experience across diverse settings.
