You'll be responsible for

Providing secretariat support
As part of the Listings Policy team, provide secretariat support to the ASX Advisory Group on Corporate Governance (AGCG) and support ASX’s responsibilities and objectives as issuer of the Principles.📊
Developing corporate governance standards
Work as part of a team to develop corporate governance standards for ASX-listed entities, including drafting recommendations, consultation papers and amendments to the Principles.🤝
Engaging with stakeholders
Lead stakeholder engagement activities, including managing public consultation processes and the collation and review of feedback from listed entities, investors, regulators, and industry bodies.Key criteria

Secretariat or governance support experience
Demonstrated experience in governance roles within ASX 300 or regulatory environments.View
