You'll be responsible for

📈

Conducting data analysis

Undertaking data analysis from Amplitel Systems, primarily ADAMS & PACA, to create New SoR lists/templates, prepare benchmarks and comparison files, and analyze delivery partner submissions.
📊

Creating reports and presentations

Determining internal manhours and costs, comparing internal costings versus delivery partner costings, and regularly comparing existing volume and cost benchmarks against the latest data.
📝

Assisting Procurement

Assisting Procurement with the preparation and/or variation of Delivery Partner Contracts and undertaking technical and budgetary impacts of contract variations.

Skills you'll need

📊

Data Management Systems

Previous experience with data management systems, especially ADAMS and PACA, is advantageous.
💻

Microsoft Office

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, with expert-level experience in Excel being advantageous.

Operations

Previous experience in the technical aspects and delivery of structure design and/or construction is advantageous.
