You'll be responsible for

Leading structural design
Lead and deliver the structural design of complex transport infrastructure, including bridges and other major transport structures.📊
Managing projects
Manage scope, programme and budget for assigned projects while ensuring compliance with WSP Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) systems.👩🏫
Mentoring engineers
Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ethical practice.Key criteria

Extensive experience in structural engineering
Proven background in delivering major structural and bridge projectsView

Leadership and team management skills
