As a Senior Principal Engineer – Structures at WSP, you will have the incredible opportunity to shape your career while providing technical and strategic leadership on diverse transport infrastructure projects. You'll be responsible for

Leading structural design

Lead and deliver the structural design of complex transport infrastructure, including bridges and other major transport structures.

Managing projects

Manage scope, programme and budget for assigned projects while ensuring compliance with WSP Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) systems.

Mentoring engineers

Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ethical practice.
