You'll be responsible for

Supporting project development and process engineering
Collaborating with the Superintendent Process Control to develop and review process design documentation, ensuring alignment with performance, cost, and safety objectives.🛡️
Promoting health, safety, and environment standards
Upholding Lynas' HSE and Quality Assurance systems, ensuring compliance with policies and participating in risk assessments and incident investigations.📊
Conducting testing, data analysis, and optimisation
Working with technicians and laboratory staff on test work, conducting performance assessments, and analysing data to support process optimisation initiatives.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in relevant engineering field
Possession of a degree in Chemical, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mineral Processing.View

Experience in pyrometallurgical operations
Demonstrated knowledge in waste gas treatment and process plant development.View

Recent experience in commissioning and optimizing processing plants.View
