Drive end to end product design, from early discovery through to solution delivery, shaping clear problem definitions and iterating toward validated outcomes.📖
Evolving design library
Own, contribute and evolve the CommSee design library, ensuring patterns are scalable, high quality, accessible, and aligned with broader system direction.🛠️
Facilitating workshops
Facilitate workshops, co-design sessions, and alignment activities that bring teams together and create shared understanding.Key criteria
