Analyse performance and delivery outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and use data to enhance the customer experience and profitability.

Skills you'll need

Product management experience

5+ years of product management experience including 3+ years of people/product leadership experience.

Knowledge of investing or retail banking

Deep knowledge of investing or retail banking digital distribution/sales.

Strong communication skills

Strong communicator with high judgement and a bias for clarity and action.
