Own the end-to-end lifecycle of BPAY payments products and capabilities, from strategy and discovery through to delivery, optimisation and retirement.

Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap, balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, regulatory requirements and emerging payments trends.

Monitoring product performance

Monitor product performance, customer adoption and operational metrics, using data-driven insights to continuously optimise products and improve business outcomes.
