As a Senior Product Manager for StepPay, you will lead the end-to-end product strategy and delivery of CommBank’s Buy Now Pay Later capability. You'll be responsible for

Driving customer-led feature uplift
Identify, prioritise and deliver product features and enhancements that resolve customer and operational breakpoints across StepPay journeys, using insights, complaints and performance data.🔑
Owning end-to-end delivery
Own delivery from discovery through to launch, balancing feature uplift with regulatory change, risk remediation and operational improvements.🔗
Executing cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and dependent teams to shape solutions, manage dependencies and deliver outcomes efficiently.Key criteria
