As a Senior Program Manager within Network Design, you will embark on a critical 12-month journey to optimize Amazon AU's fulfillment network. This job is all about owning a high-priority portfolio of programs that shape fulfillment logic and transportation flows, directly impacting delivery speed, cost, and customer experience. The team thrives on collaboration, engaging across various functions to maintain momentum and drive continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for

Owning governance and change management

You will own governance and change management for transportation system configurations, including rate cards, offsets, and system settings that influence fulfillment-to-promise planning across the AU network.

Driving structured delivery

Driving structured delivery across Network Design programs, including transportation time optimization and configuration centralization initiatives is a key responsibility.

Leading cross-functional coordination

Leading cross-functional coordination across Operations, Transportation Planning, Supply Chain Systems, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and execution is essential.
