You'll be responsible for

Assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing out construction projects.

Playing a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to overall project success.
📄

Preparing and managing project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.

Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
⏳

Monitoring and tracking project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.

Proactively managing project timelines and budgets to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.

Construction management experience

5-7 years of experience in construction project engineering.
