Assisting Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, executing, and closing out construction projects.
Playing a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, contributing to overall project success.📄
Preparing and managing project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.⏳
Monitoring and tracking project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying potential delays or cost overruns.
Proactively managing project timelines and budgets to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.Key criteria
