Lead and promote the development of a positive safety culture across the Project.

Monitoring progress

Monitor field production progress against budget quantities and budget cost and develop the forecasting of final cost for each cost code assigned as a responsibility.

Training and mentoring

Cascade knowledge of systems and processes, set the benchmark of what is expected and train/coach/mentor junior members of the team.

🎓

Tertiary qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.

8+ years construction experience

Proven experience in large infrastructure projects essential.
