Overseeing subcontractor packages from tender to delivery, ensuring quality, safety, and positive working relations throughout the process.

Coordinating project works

Managing and coordinating all project construction, airfield, and enabling works, including developing staging plans and Method of Work Plans (MOWP).

Promoting safety culture

Supporting and promoting a strong safety culture among the project team and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
