Leading workstreams
Leading external-provider-facing workstreams across administration, custody, and outsourced vendors, defining scope, milestones, and timelines.🛠️
Managing governance
Jointly managing governance, interdependencies, risks, issues, escalations, and executive reporting to the Super Program Manager.🤝
Building relationships
Building strong working relationships with the administrator, custodian, and key vendors, ensuring alignment of priorities and delivery expectations.Key criteria

5+ years in project management
Experience leading complex projects in financial services.View
