You'll be responsible for

Testing and validating chatbot solutions
You’ll be responsible for testing and validating chatbot solutions while helping shape and evolve our CAI quality engineering capability.📝
Designing automated tests
You’ll work closely with product, engineering and AI teams to design automated chatbot tests and validate conversation flows.🔧
Troubleshooting issues
You’ll troubleshoot issues as they arise and continuously improve our tools, frameworks and overall approach to CAI testing.Key criteria

Quality engineering experience
Proven experience in Quality Engineering or QA roles.View
