You'll be responsible for

Leading and executing functional testing

Lead and execute end-to-end functional testing across Kronos, SAP HCM/Payroll and integrated enterprise systems.

Developing test strategies and plans

Develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.

Managing defects and driving quality outcomes

Liaise with business users, developers, and vendors to manage defects and drive quality outcomes.

Skills you'll need

🧪

Functional Testing experience

Proven experience in Functional Testing across complex enterprise applications, with a minimum of 5+ years.

Kronos testing experience

Strong hands-on experience with Kronos, specifically in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Workforce modules.

Integration testing experience

Demonstrated experience in integration testing between Kronos and SAP HCM/Payroll or similar systems.
