This job is about leading the digital work that transforms HESTA's investment data into clear, useful tools. By joining the Investment Data and Systems team as a Senior React Developer, you will play a crucial role in building tools that support real decisions and contribute to strong returns for our members. Collaboration and a proactive approach to risk management are key, as you work alongside passionate individuals who value inclusion and accountability.

You'll be responsible for

Gathering and maintaining digital requirements

Working within the Investment Data and Systems team to gather and maintain digital requirements across Investment Management and Investment Execution.
⚙️

Driving automation and centralisation

Driving automation and centralisation of investments digital work, designing and building React components, and turning raw data into visualisations.
👩‍🏫

Providing technical oversight

Reviewing designs and code from across the team, mentoring others, and championing new digital technologies and languages.

React development experience

Proven experience building modern React components for user interfaces.
