You will be responsible for managing files in line with established file management processes to ensure ongoing high quality of service to parties.

Supporting registry officers

Supporting other registry officers in carrying out necessary administrative work within the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT).

Supervising and mentoring

Playing a role in supervising and mentoring Registry Officers and Administration Officers.
