Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for CoreMod changes, from planning through deployment and post-implementation review.

Lead and continuously improve the Bank’s CoreMod Release Management operating model, applying ITIL principles pragmatically.

Drive measurable improvements in approval timelines, throughput, and release predictability.
