By providing independent oversight and challenge, the Senior Risk Manager ensures that key risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed, fostering a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.

Acting as a senior Line 2 risk leader
Stepping in for the Head of Risk Australia when necessary to ensure continuity of leadership and oversight, providing guidance to the risk team and maintaining high standards of risk management.🔍
Providing independent oversight
Offering constructive challenge to senior stakeholders across the Corporate Markets business to strengthen risk decision-making and transparency.🤝
Collaborating with peers
