You'll be responsible for

Assessing logged issues and liaising with stakeholders to solve problems and recommend modifications to improve system effectiveness.

Supporting transitions

Supporting the transition of enhancements and fixes from development to production environments, ensuring seamless implementation.

Contributing to maintenance

Contributing to the support and maintenance of the Department's Finance ERP SAP solution in accordance with strict standards.
