Join the Strategic and Service Design team in the Banking and Financial Services division, where you will help navigate complexities and uncover opportunities. As a Senior Service Designer, your work will be pivotal in shaping client experiences and supporting strategic decision making. The team thrives on collaboration and embraces diverse perspectives, ensuring everyone contributes to creating exceptional outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Understanding client experiences

Understanding and shaping experiences for clients, intermediaries, and staff to maximize customer and business value.

Mapping systems

Mapping systems, diagnosing and clarifying issues, and designing preferred futures based on client and staff experiences.
🤝

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working closely with senior stakeholders to frame problems or opportunities and support strategic decision making.

Key criteria

🎨

5-7 years of service design experience

Proven experience in service design, strategic design, or experience design.
