About the job

The Senior Shipping Operations Officer plays a vital role in managing shipping operations for our import and export business. This position is essential for ensuring smooth coordination between various teams and stakeholders, contributing to the overall success of the shipping activities. You'll be responsible for

Overseeing shipping operations

Overseeing shipping operations, including preparation of charter parties and management of vessel operational issues.

Developing shipment schedules

Developing and optimising shipment schedules while coordinating with port authorities and shipping brokers.
🤝

Coordinating with stakeholders

Liaising with stakeholders, logistics teams, and product quality control to ensure product readiness and quality requirements are met.

Key criteria

5+ years in shipping operations

Proven experience in managing shipping activities and operations.
