Establishing SLIs and SLOs

Establishing, maintaining, and reporting on Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets to improve service reliability.

Leading Incident Response

Leading incident response, triage, stakeholder communications, and blameless post-incident reviews to enhance operational excellence.

Improving Observability Standards

Improving observability standards, patterns, and best practices through metrics, logs, and actionable signals, including leading OpenTelemetry adoption.

Key criteria

🔧

7+ years in SRE or DevOps

Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles.

Strong enterprise-grade experience with C# and .NET applications.
