You'll be responsible for

Working closely with adolescents
Engaging with young people experiencing acute mental health distress to provide support and care.📋
Conducting psychosocial assessments
Undertaking comprehensive assessments to inform care planning and recovery-oriented goals.🛠️
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Tertiary qualification in Social Work
