You'll be responsible for

Delivering best-practice social work services for older persons with complex mental health conditions and behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia within a specialist multidisciplinary team.

Leading coordinated clinical care

Leading coordinated clinical care and psychosocial support, including comprehensive assessments and transitions to community services.
🌟

Delivering professional leadership

Providing professional leadership and service development, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to ongoing improvement in Older Persons Mental Health Services.
