Participating in daily stand-ups, fortnightly sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives

Designing and building services

Designing, building and reviewing backend services, APIs, libraries and accelerators

Code reviews and mentoring

Reviewing code, architecture and test approaches to ensure quality, security and maintainability

Key criteria

Strong backend development experience

Proven experience with Kotlin or Java, Spring, and REST APIs.

Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
