Assisting the Deputy Director and Director in carrying out the Law Society's delegated statutory functions regarding practising certificates and registration certificates.📜
Providing legal advice
Offering legal and strategic advice on licensing applications, statutory interpretation, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance.🏅
Managing professional standards
Supporting the establishment and accreditation of the Society’s Professional Standards Scheme and ensuring ongoing compliance with professional standards legislation.Key criteria

Unsupervised Australian practising certificate
Possession of a valid practising certificate for legal practice in NSW.View
