As the Marketplace Supply Chain Senior Specialist, you will embark on an exciting journey managing one of Nike’s top Strategic Accounts. This job is all about providing a premium customer experience while driving sustainable growth and data-informed decision-making. Collaboration is key, as you will partner cross-functionally within Nike to execute initiatives and ensure precision delivery commitments across all marketplace orders.

You'll be responsible for

Managing order management processes

Execute efficient order management processes to capture orders, deliver seasonal plans, and meet financial objectives, ensuring the order book reflects account and channel shipment intent and execution.

Assessing order book health

Use standardized reporting, KPIs, and analytical insights to continuously assess order book health, identify risks and opportunities, and drive proactive, insight-led interventions with strong integrity and visibility.
🚀

Driving continuous improvement

Drive continuous improvement across forecasting and operations by evolving processes, embedding automation and analytics, and building capability with operational partners.
