You'll be responsible for

Leading bid delivery
Leading end-to-end delivery of Defence proposals from kick-off through submission and handover.🔄
Coordinating proposal activities
Coordinating proposal activities across assigned bids, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and timely delivery.📞
Engaging stakeholders
Engaging with Capture Leads, Finance, Technical, Commercial and SMEs to coordinate inputs and resolve gaps.Key criteria
📄
6+ years in proposals or bid coordination
Demonstrated experience in managing complex bids and proposals.View
🔍
Strong knowledge of Defence tendering processes
Understanding of ASDEFCON and Defence procurement environments.View

Strong written communication skills
Proven ability to produce clear, compelling proposal content.View
